Please follow the steps and process
Please follow the steps and procedures.
1. Please encode your Employee Number (for newly hired you may use birthdate).
2. Input your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Gender.
3. Follow the format for the Birthday
4. For User Credentials, use the DepEd email address (for Newly Hired use your personal email and update later).
5. Password for minimum of 6 characters with combination of letters, numbers and Special character.
6. Click Submit and Wait for the Approval of the President.
